
I love pasta so I created this meal based on the the FLFL System...
1 cup whole wheat fettucine
6 TBSP chunky salsa
1 ounce sun-dried tomatoes (from package) - diced
1/2 cup white cap mushrooms - sliced
1 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup roasted yellow/red
1 chicken sausage (AmyLu's Tomato & Basil)
... I just steam the veggies and sausage while the pasta is cooking...
I also add hot pepper flakes and basil ... a simple but tasty dish...
