Day 11 FLFL

Hello, being in tune with my body since I started this has proven to be wonderful!!! First let me say Day 11 has been fun and great.  I have already been making foods that are FLFL friendly but not monitoring the portions so tonite I am excited to try a chicken dish out of the Joy of Cooking cookbook.

I have always listened to my body, well last week my doctor put me on a medicine to help my "body become more cycled" don't you love being a woman ladies???  Anyway with life come changes, so my doctor is going on and on about this pill, which I researched as well online.  Some of the side affects are, nausea, drowsiness, and others.  well my doctor said just take it at night, so began the journey....my first dose on Sunday night day 7 FLFL so I was thinking well this will be fine as it goes along with my 7-8 hours of sleep.  So Monday I take it and while at work my energy level has plummeted, and since my new eating habits my energy level was increasing, so I am thinking this pill may nat be all my doctor said it was, so last night Wednesday I had gotten home from work and felt like a zombie no energy, just wanted to sleep, so I did not take this pill, and guess what today I am back to my energy level prior to the new perscription so I of course called my doctor and said I am willing to leave my "changes" alone if it means not being a zombie.  well they are going to get  back with me to see what we can do without draining my energy out and making my days so foggyLaughing

So the moral to my rambling is because our bodies speak to us and sometimes we listen but I know becasue of this new way of eating I was really in tune to my body and it is saying "hey what the heck do you think you are doing????"Laughing   Anyway I am grateful for this chance to be HEALTHY!!!!!

  • Maybe after you're on FLFL for a while, you may notice that you are more regular. I just hate to take any prescription if I don't have to. I hate side effects and plugging up my liver. Glad you got your energy back.
