Day 15

I am on day 15. I have enjoyed the program. In the short time that I have been on the program I have already had three people tell me that I am losing weight. Actually one time was today, when a friend of mine that I haven't seen in several months said that. This is the first program that I have been on that isn't hard to stick with. I am having a hard time getting to eat every 2-3 hours because sometimes I am not at home and I am in meetings where I can not eat. But I going to work very hard to correct this problem. When I told my husband yesterday, that I am required to eat every 2-3 hours to lose weight, I don't think he belives me. The 12 minute cardio and muscle maker video is great. I did it the other day and my legs are still sore and I thought I was in pretty good shape. I have an ellipitcal and I workout on it at least three days a week but the squats killed me.

  • I am also on day 15 and feeling the best I have in months.  I know what you mean about trying to get those snacks in every 3 hours...its hard when you get busy...but I find if I have everything packed up and ready to go in the morning its easier.  Ive seen the disbelief on peoples faces when you tell them you must eat to lose weight...kinda funny but I am noticing a difference.  The 12 min. cardio and muscle maker are great...the squats are a killer but in a good way...I have been going to the gym and thought I was in pretty good shape...haha...Keep up the good work..were all in this together...

  • You will be amazed at Day 21,  I lost 5 pounds and 9 inches!  I know that it isn't as much as some have lost,  that's ok I know my system is different.  I know what you mean about the squats...it's only for your good to do them, as long as you aren't in pain. Three people will turn into more as time wears on and you will be slimming down the more you eat.  Wait until your husband sees the new you, then he will believe you!

  • Thanks for the comment and the encouragement, I can't wait to get to the 21 day section of the system, I'm excited!  Keep up the good work and what ever you do don't give up the exercise!  a lot of people do and then wonder why their progress stalls out or begins to reverse itself!  Bottom line?  YOU'VE GOT TO MOVE IT TO LOSE IT!  Surprised
