I have been out of it for quite some time. I lost my job in December and a whole lot of things have been going on.
I had to rearrange my shcedule at home and now I am going back to school. I have been cheating on and off alot but I managed to get back on the program and use the food lovers principles when I make a meal. I have been exercising on a regular basis. Although I have cheat I managed to stay at the same weight and didn't gain the pounds that I had lost back in december.
I had done the detox back in august, and I did the detox again. This is day 5 of the detox and I finally lost the the last pounds that I wanted to lose. I am down to 115 lbs. and I still have one more day to go. So I think I will surpass the weight goal that I wrote in my journal way back in August.
So this plan really works, You just have to learn to eat right, yes you can cheat but get back on the plan. You might cheat for one meal but get back on track on your next meal. and don't forget to exercise you can't lose if you don't do these two things.
