July 6th:

So my weight and I are at odds, lets just say I did not like what I measured, weighed or even thought when I started this morning but rather than beating myself up I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled because I CAN DO IT!!!!!

So with that mentality it also set me up for the beginning to my work week.  My boss and I do not see eye to eye and he began my day by saying, "you don't like me much do you" which allowed me to calmly nd in control of me tell him, I do like him but I don't like how he intimidates me and others, but staying to the facts it was so empowering to not give him the emotional power.  He is much like my ex husband very narcissitic and controlling which can make for an uncomfortable work environment but because I was determined to work on me it changed how it dod not allow him to tear me down.

So weight and being in control of one self allows you to keep your personal space in the clear of harm from someone else.

More to come tomorrow, but just know I am a woman in charge, not large in charge just in charge of me!!!!!

Love each of you, and yes my measurements will be posted in tomorrows blog, part of internal healing and being in control is admitting to oneself and allowing others to feel your heart helps for the control to remain yours!!!!  Sharing my weight and measurements used to be hard because it is so personal but guess what my journey might help someone else heal too!!!
