Monday!  I had a great FL day!  Eating – day off from workout- and more eating; plus sleeping, drinking lots of water… I got in over my 12-8oz.  I am always trying now for 144oz (18-8oz).  I usually consume most of my water between 8am-4pm.  And then just have a 16oz glass when I get home with dinner and tea at night. 

 

Anyway… Monday was a great day!!  I listened to my second day of SMART CDs.  And like the most of you who are beyond the 21MM  I am also learning to tweak and fine tune my eating habits and my body.  One thing that I have been doing right along is trying to really stick to Robert’s words of wisdom from 21MM on Day 18.  Optimizing Eating Schedule Round II … when it comes to our workouts.   I have been faithfully sticking to my snack before working out…. then working out within 30-45 minutes of eating; then eating within 30-45minutes a FL plate.   The only time Robert talks about not eating is when it’s only about 12-15mins cardio.  So—that is what I have been doing.

 

THEN I finally took the time to read my recent free Diet for Life Newsletter… there is a video link/clip of him on the 700 Club that emphasizes WHAT specifically to eat before and after workouts.   http://www.dietfreestore.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=Lose+MORE+Fat+Report

 

In the clip he talks about a workout in the morning; but I am sure it applies to all times of the days.  All I know is I feel much better when I workout in the morning!!  If I workout at the end of the day it is much harder for me to get motivated and moving.  BUT maybe if I do as instructed… I would do better.

 

BEFORE workout … 30-60 minutes before w/o … eat high glucose items- FAST carbs like a banana, cereal (no milk), peach, pineapple, or a fruit smoothie.  

 

AFTER workout …. 30-60mins after w/o …. Eat a FL meal; be sure to get your protein in full amount.  He said a protein shake, or if in the morning a perfect meal would be a bowl of high protein cereal with milk.

 

SO!!!  What more incentive do you need to eat even more!!!  Be sure to eat right all day and before and after your workout!!  OPTMIZE YOUR FAT BURNING BODY!!!
