The first day of the rest of my life.

I FINALLY recieved my FLFL program, I can't wait to start tomorrow.  I have a lot to do first, I have to take my measurements, get my body fat count.  Also take before photos, am dreading that one.  Please FLFL family keep me in your prayers, I really need your help.  Thank you.

  • Congrat on getting FLFL.  I have been on many diet and they just didn't work for me.  I am on day 10 and things are going well.  everyone on the site is great.  They have answered all my question and are the best at support.  Keep us post on progress.
