      <description>right now im at the library and i only get a limited time on here. my computer crashed 10 min before roberts confrence.. so im listening&amp;nbsp; to the webinar as im typing.. its hard to listen good and read and comente on blogs.. so i hope i get my pc back up soon its in the shop.. i hope every one is doing great and i hope ill be on here soon..</description>

      <description>our car wash fund raiser was a little slow at times but we washed 22 cars and 2 younger kids bikes.. we raised almost 200 dollars... they all look like a lobster but im just a little more tanner and my nose burt a little..we had fun..&#xD;
as for food lovers ive been off track for almost 3 weeks then i got back on track for 5 days and ive been off track now for another 2 weeks and cant seem to get back on track.. even when i got off track with eatting i still went to the gym.. i havent been to the gym for almost 2 weeks.. i havent been sitting around though i have been busy with fund raisers and getting stuff ready for relay for life&amp;nbsp;.. the month of may is a very emotional month for me...i do have my mind set that i will get back on track and stay there.. im still not sure what kind of foodlovers day ill have on june 5 sence ill be up for 24 hours and wont have access to a fridge just a bunch of good un healthy foods around all day and no sleep.. i do know i wont be wearing any make up that day between being hot out and the tear a rolling threw out the day...</description>

      <description>today i was on the phone or out runnign around all day .. i was on a roll and i couldnt stop.. had a really good day with the fundraiser stuff..&#xD;
i got back on track on monday did&amp;nbsp; good on eatting all week intill saturday.. but i havent been able to exercise sence wed. i just couldnt move i pulled something or did something cause i could hardly get out of bed for a few days im alot better sence ive rested up.. really i had no choice i could hardly move my legs... now i can move alot better and i will get back on track with exercise and eatting ive done really bad sence saturday.. so for 3 weeks ive only been on track for 4 days... i need to get my vision back and get back on track and stay there.. im not going to have a weigh in day this week i really dont want to know how much i weigh this week with&amp;nbsp;not working out and eatting wrong and it being the time of the month i think ill skip it and wait intill next thursday to weigh in...</description>

      <title>yesturday went great for our bake sale but not fl</title>

      <description>yesturday was a nasty day as in wheather it was cold and raning all day.. we had a bake sale testurday for our relay for life team.. we raised 337 in baked goods...&amp;nbsp;i didnt do so great i had 2 hot dogs no bun and 2 brats w/ bun not at the same time it was in 7 hours.. then i had a babyshower to go to did good there then it was my moms birthday we had pizza and cake.. i did good on the amout of pizza but not the cake i think i had 3 pieces the rest of the that night..&#xD;
i bet i wont have good results this week because of&amp;nbsp; saturdays eatting and havent didnt exercise much on thursday because i was hurting and friday i could hardly move i was in pain.. my husband tryed to rub it out but it hurt to touch my legs.. saturday they felt alittle better ateast i was able to stand to do the bake sale.. i just hope monday everything will be ok to exercise normally...&#xD;
next saturday we are doing a car wash for relay for life.. i hope it dont rain intill that evening because it has a 60 percent chance of rain..&#xD;
june 5 is our relay for life .. i will be up for over 24 hours 12 hours of that will be walking for all that didnt win the fight of cancer and we are haveing a dinner for all the survivers.. we are also will be having a flea market and cooking food for all that will be there so we can raise more money.. it will be a very long day and im sure it may hurt my weight loss for not getting any sleep and maybe not beable to eat like i really should but it is for a really good cause.. it will be a very emotional day for me for i have lost over 12 loved ones from this fight but wil be also happy that my mom has won this fight so far...i want to say to all those that have lost a loved on im very sorry and i aslo want to say for the ones that have one this fight way to go for not giving up and fighting&amp;nbsp;that is awesome...&#xD;
for the ones that are still fighting the fight dont give up you will win this fight.. also dont forget if you need any help with getting things you need call the american cancer society..</description>

next saturday we are doing a car wash for relay for life.. i hope it dont rain intill that evening because it has a 60 percent chance of rain..&#xD;
june 5 is our relay for life .. i will be up for over 24 hours 12 hours of that will be walking for all that didnt win the fight of cancer and we are haveing a dinner for all the survivers.. we are also will be having a flea market and cooking food for all that will be there so we can raise more money.. it will be a very long day and im sure it may hurt my weight loss for not getting any sleep and maybe not beable to eat like i really should but it is for a really good cause.. it will be a very emotional day for me for i have lost over 12 loved ones from this fight but wil be also happy that my mom has won this fight so far...i want to say to all those that have lost a loved on im very sorry and i aslo want to say for the ones that have one this fight way to go for not giving up and fighting&amp;nbsp;that is awesome...&#xD;

        <media:description>yesturday was a nasty day as in wheather it was cold and raning all day.. we had a bake sale testurday for our relay for life team.. we raised 337 in baked goods...&amp;nbsp;i didnt do so great i had 2 hot dogs no bun and 2 brats w/ bun not at the same time it was in 7 hours.. then i had a babyshower to go to did good there then it was my moms birthday we had pizza and cake.. i did good on the amout of pizza but not the cake i think i had 3 pieces the rest of the that night..&#xD;
i bet i wont have good results this week because of&amp;nbsp; saturdays eatting and havent didnt exercise much on thursday because i was hurting and friday i could hardly move i was in pain.. my husband tryed to rub it out but it hurt to touch my legs.. saturday they felt alittle better ateast i was able to stand to do the bake sale.. i just hope monday everything will be ok to exercise normally...&#xD;

      <description>well before i go off track i weight loss was 27 pound then i gained almost 4 pounds when i was of track and now im back on track and i lost 5 pounds but only brings me to total lost 28 pounds sence i fallen for a couple of weeks but im pround that im back on track and moving forward on weight loss.... so ive lost 28 pounds and&amp;nbsp; 10 pounds for this 8 week challenge my goal was to lose a total of 18 pounds by june 1 so i have 8 pounds to go&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;... i really would love it if i was in the 160's but i dont see that happening sence i mest up for 2 weeks but ill be happy as long as i keep on losing each week....</description>

      <description>oh my goodness i took this class last night for the first time.. it was call 321 its an 1hour work out in 30 min is what it says.. i was so out of breath you would have thought i never worked out before.. my heart felt like it was coming out of my chest.. after that class it showed me that im not ready for the class yet.. heck being on the treadmill for an hour&amp;nbsp; and then working out on all the weight machine didnt make my chest fell like that.. it worried me alittle cause on the treadmill my heart rate after 15 min is at 85 percent and it never beated like it did yesturday... it was kind of like roberts 24 min&amp;nbsp;burn and tone and 36 min kick boxing times 2 but in 30 min... i should have know what i was getting my self into.. i was the only fat person there all the ladys there where very skinny and very toned...</description>

      <description>i had to count the days again from my start date because i havent wrote anything down in over 2 weeks...so today is day 104 and im am going to start journaling again and getting back on track with my fatloss plates... 2 weeks is along time to be tired.. i guess when my dr told me to take it easy so that i dont tear anyhting in my hamstring i guess i really did but ive been really tired lately and i so need to get my energy back.. i called the dr so i can get some blood work done to check my iron level and thyroid&amp;nbsp; and my overall sugar levels to see whats going on... maybe i was doing to much and my body just wouldnt do no more i dont know.. but im back on track and i will stay on track.. im kind of scared to get on the scales this week to see the damage done</description>

      <description>its been almost 2 weeks and i cant get back on track.. in the morning i do fine then i get off track big time.. i feel i have gained 5 pounds&amp;nbsp; i wont know intill thursday if ive had but it sure feels like it... i just cant see to get back on track.. it just seems lately ive been hungry and very tired.. i usually work out 6 days a week 2 times a day and i havent been doing that last week all i did was go to water classes in the am and do nothing else.. the week before i only went to water classes 3 times and nothing else... ive only lost 27 pound and im not sure if that is still true.. i still have alot more to lose.. i just dont know what is wrong with me.. i got to get my energy back and stay back on track...</description>

my mom doesnt know that i have gained a pound in a half this week... ughhh... im back on track tonight and will stat on track.. i have no time for slacking...</description>

      <description>i lost 2 pounds this week for a total of 27 pounds lost so far... for the second 8 week challenge i have lost 9 pounds so far and my goal was 18 pounds in 8 weeks so i have 9 pounds more to go to get to that goal and i hope i can blow that goal away im half way to it..&amp;nbsp;for the biggest loser&amp;nbsp; at the gym&amp;nbsp;i lost 13 .7 pounds&amp;nbsp; in the 6 weeks i was shy 1.3 pounds from my goal i had but i came really close... monday im starting a new class called piyo so&amp;nbsp;i will see if i like it on monday... i think i might just try out all the classes offered so then i know which ones i like or hate ... ive already took all 8 diffrent classes of water/ weight classes and i love all them and i do them 6 days a week and 2 of the days 2 times in the same day.. im still doing the wow program which is called women out walking it is half over i have 6 more weeks left.. the goal for that is to reach 600,000 steps in 12 weeks im already at&amp;nbsp; 392,271 so im over half way on that maybe i can step it up to 900,000 steps.. i just wish i knew how many steps i take in the pool...</description>

      <description>if i didnt get on the site today and read about liz talking about the confrence call i would have forgot about it.. im usually excited about it but it also sometimes in the middle of my regular routine i do weekly... i went to the gym after the confrence call which is alot later than i usually work out at night hey i did 1 mile in 15 min for the first time.. i was proud..&#xD;
&amp;nbsp;tomorrow is swimming lesson with these sweet ladys they are doing really good.... after swimming lesson im going to get my hair cut color and highlighted.. go home and clean then to the gym to mess up that hair ..lol..&#xD;
thursday is the last week of the biggest loser at the gym i hope i have a good weigh in ive lost each week but last week but hey i didnt gain... my goal was to lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks so i would need to lose 3.3 pounds this thursday to do that..i guess i will see what that day brings.. ive been working my but off this week....&#xD;
i cant wait intill friday im getting a massage o so needed.. i tryed to talk my husband in taking classes so he could learn and it didnt work..to bad that would have been nice...</description>

      <description>well i have been weighing in every morning before my daugther went to school in the morning on the wii sence ive been on fl no i didnt cheat by looking at my weight i would weigh in and do the balance thing then my daughter did the rest for me.. omg im so glad i didnt cheat and looked at my weight everyday.. my graph looked like a roller coaster... from weighing in on wed. i would mostly lose some weight and then on thursday alittle more then fri sat and sun it would gain it all back and then mon and tues and so on i would lose again.. it was like i copied each week to the tea.. when it was that time of the month i would gain 4 to 6 pounds then it would go back down... huh&amp;nbsp;i guess my body is wierd&amp;nbsp;,&amp;nbsp; know wonder i feel like my body is a yoyo...</description>
