I have a habit of cooking the same foods over and over but I do this because I live in a small town and a lot of ingredients that are in the Fat Loss Cookbook I can't find around here. I have ordered some things off of the internet like the Evaporated Cane Sugar so I could make sweets, because I love sweets. If anyone has receipes they would like to share please e-mail them to me.       <description>I ended Day 21 yesterday and the results were good. I lost 7 lbs and I lost 4 inches in my waist. Those were my biggest accomplishments. I did lose a little every where but not that much. So I am off to a good start. I think I am going to continue by doing Stragety One for a while so I can reach my goal faster.</description>

      <description>I am on day 15. I have enjoyed the program. In the short time that I have been on the program I have already had three people tell me that I am losing weight. Actually one time was today, when a friend of mine that I haven't seen in several months said that. This is the first program that I have been on that isn't hard to stick with. I am having a hard time getting to eat every 2-3 hours because sometimes I am not at home and I am in meetings where I can not eat. But I going to work very hard to correct this problem. I did it the other day and my legs are still sore and I thought I was in pretty good shape. I have an ellipitcal and I workout on it at least three days a week but the squats killed me.</description>
