      <title>I am finally there....</title>

      <description>Hi everyone,&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
I have been out of it for quite some time.&amp;nbsp; I lost my job in December and a whole lot of things have been going on.&#xD;
I had to rearrange my shcedule at home and now I am going back to school.&amp;nbsp; I have been cheating on and off alot but&amp;nbsp; I managed to get back on the program and use the food lovers principles when I make a meal. I have been exercising on a regular basis. Although I have cheat I managed to stay at the same weight and didn't gain the pounds that I had lost back in december.&#xD;
I had done the detox back in august, and I did the detox again.&amp;nbsp; This is day 5 of the detox and I finally lost the the last pounds that I wanted to lose.&amp;nbsp; I am down to 115 lbs. and I still have one more day to go. So I think I will surpass the weight goal that I wrote in my journal way back in August.&#xD;
So this plan really works,&amp;nbsp; You just have to learn to eat right, yes you can cheat but get back on the plan.&amp;nbsp; You might cheat for one meal but get back on track on your next meal. and don't forget to exercise you can't lose if you don't do these two things.&#xD;

      <title>When it rains, it pours</title>

      <description>This past december had been a bad month.&amp;nbsp; I lost my job of 14 years.&amp;nbsp; It seems the economy, recession or whatever you want to call what is happening in our country has finally hit home. I had full medical coverage for the family and lost it.&amp;nbsp; We get a call from my sister in law 2 days before Christmas and my brother in law was kidnapped in Mexico and was being held for ransom.&amp;nbsp; Did you ever see the movie with Denzel Washington "Man on Fire" This really hit home.&#xD;
They held him for a week and asked for incredible amount of money. Thank God he was return home in one piece.&#xD;
and I literally say that.&amp;nbsp; I do n ot know what is worng with the world today.&amp;nbsp; We are living in this world that is so full of hate and no respect for human life and it had no borders and bounderies.&#xD;
Anyways I thank God that my family and I are well and have health and that we are always together.&#xD;
I have started to get back on the exercise program but I am working on the food part and water.&amp;nbsp; At work I had a routine down pack.&amp;nbsp; I have to get myself into a routine now that i am home all day.&amp;nbsp; The water is hard because it is cold had I am always doing something around the house, cleaning, laundry and pick up my child at little tots.&amp;nbsp; But I am&amp;nbsp; not in a hurry to get back on track.&amp;nbsp; I gained&amp;nbsp; 2 pounds over the holidays and I plan to&amp;nbsp; lose five&amp;nbsp; to seven pounds.&#xD;
So when I get there, I get there.&#xD;
Thank you for listening to me, it been a while since I blog and I feel so out of place.&#xD;

      <title>I am so bummed</title>

      <description>I was all ready to go to the seminar on Saturday, when my 3 year old came down with a stomach flu on Firday night and was vomitting all night.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; My 16 year old came home from school with the same symptoms and was running back and forth from room to room.&amp;nbsp; I couldn't go to the seminar and leave them.&#xD;
My sister arrived at 9:00 and ready to go and I told her to go without me and she said it would not be the same and chose to stay with me and take care of my little one.&amp;nbsp; I am so mentally drained and exhausted from all weekend taking care of sick people at home.&amp;nbsp; I woke up this morning so tired and with an upset stomach.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have not been eating right and skipping my snack and not drinking my water or exercising.&amp;nbsp; I just don't have the engery and time to keep on track.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I weight myself&amp;nbsp; this morining and lost 2 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I take it as it comes.&amp;nbsp; My goal was to lose 3 more pounds by thanksgiving but at this point I'll take whatever I can lose.&#xD;
I hope Robert has another seminar coming up soon in LA, so I can go to that one and have something to look forward to.&#xD;

        <media:description>I was all ready to go to the seminar on Saturday, when my 3 year old came down with a stomach flu on Firday night and was vomitting all night.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; My 16 year old came home from school with the same symptoms and was running back and forth from room to room.&amp;nbsp; I couldn't go to the seminar and leave them.&#xD;
My sister arrived at 9:00 and ready to go and I told her to go without me and she said it would not be the same and chose to stay with me and take care of my little one.&amp;nbsp; I am so mentally drained and exhausted from all weekend taking care of sick people at home.&amp;nbsp; I woke up this morning so tired and with an upset stomach.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have not been eating right and skipping my snack and not drinking my water or exercising.&amp;nbsp; I just don't have the engery and time to keep on track.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I weight myself&amp;nbsp; this morining and lost 2 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I take it as it comes.&amp;nbsp; My goal was to lose 3 more pounds by thanksgiving but at this point I'll take whatever I can lose.&#xD;
I hope Robert has another seminar coming up soon in LA, so I can go to that one and have something to look forward to.&#xD;

Ever since I switched from 10 min exercise in the morning to 15. I am getting hungry.&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
But it is weird because I my snack with 1/2 of waking up and two hours later I eat my breakfast and three hours later I eat my snack again.&amp;nbsp; And that is when I am starving I can't wait to&amp;nbsp; have my lunch two hours later.&amp;nbsp; By the time my lunch comes around, I am starving. I am sitting here trying to keep my mind off of food and I just want all the bad foods anything that comes to mind.&#xD;
I am&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;my fourth month and this has not happened before my snack was filling.&amp;nbsp; I do not want to eat more than 200 cal. with my snack.&#xD;
Why is this happening now after my body had adjusted to my eating habits??????&#xD;

Maybe I should ask for your help more often.&#xD;
For the most part I do ok in the morning, sometime at lunch I have a double carb and at dinner is when i mess up, then on week ends I do&amp;nbsp; not do very well.For some reason in my mind when I reached my goal of&amp;nbsp;losing 15 lbs. My mind said it is ok to cheat.&#xD;
I have been cheating for 4 weeks know and I haven't lost any weight but I havent gained because I have been exercising on a daily basis.&#xD;
My goal was to lose 5 pound by Thanksgiving and now I only have 3 weeks to go and I dont think I can make it.&#xD;
I am going to stick to the plan to the T and I have incoporated a 10 min stomach workout into my 24 min and 36 min workout with Robert.&#xD;
I read a blog from Chris and I too do not understand why we get into our old habits.&#xD;
Wish me luck.&#xD;

I am reading the 21 day over again to see if I am missing something.&amp;nbsp; I just read the part about the exercise.&#xD;
I have to eat a full meal after a workout.&#xD;
I do a light stomach 10 min. workout in the morning when I wake up.&amp;nbsp; In the afternoon after dinner I do the 24 min or 38 min with Robert dvd and then within an hour I have a snack.&amp;nbsp; I can't get myself to eat a full meal so close to bedtime.&#xD;
Would this make a big difference in losing weight even though I stick to the eating plan all day long?&#xD;
I noticed that when I don't work out or eat a little more than I should.&amp;nbsp; I tend to lose a 1/2 to 1 pound. Confused?&#xD;
Any suggestions?&#xD;

      <title>I totally blew it</title>

I ordered the french toast with bananas. Mistake #1, I should have order with strawberries.&#xD;
I did not have lunch but had a snack instead. For dinner we went to Pollo Loco and thats when I really over did it.&#xD;
I had 4 or five tortillas and chip and salsa and rice and beans and diet coke.&amp;nbsp; In the evening I said what the heck and had a sweet bread and coffee for my last snack.&#xD;
Sunday, I thought I would get back on track. I did the stomach workout again and had a snack. For breakfast, I had 1 egg and chilaquilles(tortillas in red sauce) and some strawberries on the side.&#xD;
Didnt' have lunch had a snack and for dinner went out for chinese and OMG had alcarte and had a little of everything. Egg rolls and Crispy fried noodles.&#xD;
Then we went to Marie Callendars had brought home not one but two pies home. I had a pice of peach pie with my coffee for my snack.&amp;nbsp; I was so full and upset that I could go to sleep and went to bead around 12:00 midnight and luckily I do not feel that tired.&#xD;
Why did I do that?&amp;nbsp; I just felt that I had reached my goal of 120 and only need five pounds to go and that it shouldn't be that had to do and got into my old habits again.&#xD;
I could kick myself.&amp;nbsp; I feel that my hard work of pumping my metabolism has stopped.&amp;nbsp; How do I get it back up?&#xD;
I gain a 1 1/2 back.&amp;nbsp; I am so dumb.&#xD;
This week no more toritillas for me and no more boosting and Skip 3 meals and substitute with protein shake.&#xD;
This week I am increasing the exercise by 12 min. I will do the 36 or 24 and add 12 min of Denise austin 12 min a day routine.&#xD;

Why did I do that?&amp;nbsp; I just felt that I had reached my goal of 120 and only need five pounds to go and that it shouldn't be that had to do and got into my old habits again.&#xD;
I could kick myself.&amp;nbsp; I feel that my hard work of pumping my metabolism has stopped.&amp;nbsp; How do I get it back up?&#xD;

This week no more toritillas for me and no more boosting and Skip 3 meals and substitute with protein shake.&#xD;
This week I am increasing the exercise by 12 min. I will do the 36 or 24 and add 12 min of Denise austin 12 min a day routine.&#xD;

        <media:description>I went out of town and over ate. I got up in the morning and did the stomach workout before I left and got my snacks together and headed out.&amp;nbsp; We stopped at I hop for breakfast because they now serve low calorie meals.&#xD;
I ordered the french toast with bananas. Mistake #1, I should have order with strawberries.&#xD;
I did not have lunch but had a snack instead. For dinner we went to Pollo Loco and thats when I really over did it.&#xD;
I had 4 or five tortillas and chip and salsa and rice and beans and diet coke.&amp;nbsp; In the evening I said what the heck and had a sweet bread and coffee for my last snack.&#xD;
Sunday, I thought I would get back on track. I did the stomach workout again and had a snack. For breakfast, I had 1 egg and chilaquilles(tortillas in red sauce) and some strawberries on the side.&#xD;
Didnt' have lunch had a snack and for dinner went out for chinese and OMG had alcarte and had a little of everything. Egg rolls and Crispy fried noodles.&#xD;
Then we went to Marie Callendars had brought home not one but two pies home. I had a pice of peach pie with my coffee for my snack.&amp;nbsp; I was so full and upset that I could go to sleep and went to bead around 12:00 midnight and luckily I do not feel that tired.&#xD;

      <description>Well,&#xD;
I am at the end of week eight of FLFL.&amp;nbsp; I looked back at the rapid result journal like Robert said&amp;nbsp; to do and&amp;nbsp;I was&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;1 lb short of my goal.&amp;nbsp; I was hoping that I would be over my goal but it did not happen.&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
I blogged the last couple of weeks that I had hit a plataeu, the scale was not moving but I was losing inches.Some times 1 inch some times 2 inches but not in my waist or hips it was my thighs and biceps were I do not need to lose any more.&amp;nbsp; The scale would not more and finally this morning it did. I am hoping I am over the plataeu.&#xD;
I have to remember that this is a slow process and any progress is good. Especially when I just have 6 pounds to go to meet my goal.&amp;nbsp; I think these last pounds which are all in my stomach are going to be the hardest to get&amp;nbsp; rid of.&#xD;
So my results are, and keep in mind I am 5'1" going to be 45 on Thanksgiving and I have a slow thyroid, with all that going against me.&amp;nbsp; I lost 14lbs and a total of 13 inches. For some reason this week my jeans are feeling loser than last week, which is a good feeling.&amp;nbsp; I have to keep that in mind and not trust the scale so much.&#xD;
My goal now is to lose the 6 lbs by&amp;nbsp;my birthday.&amp;nbsp; If I lose 1 lb per week I will be very happy.&amp;nbsp; And&amp;nbsp;I have decided that I want to tone up and build up some muscle.&amp;nbsp; In the past I would lose the weight&amp;nbsp; and was loose in the legs and underarms and tummy&amp;nbsp;but this time aroundI want to be firm and tone.&amp;nbsp; I am eating &amp;nbsp;healthy and have so much energy and I want to look go too.&#xD;
Whether I meet my goal or not my reward will be to go to Robert's seminar in LA.&amp;nbsp; I live in LA but I am trying to have a girls day out and invite some family members to go and hear Robert 's inspirational words.&#xD;
I have decided that I am going to go back and start the 21 day step by step again and read through all the material again to see if I missed aything.&#xD;

I am at the end of week eight of FLFL.&amp;nbsp; I looked back at the rapid result journal like Robert said&amp;nbsp; to do and&amp;nbsp; was 1 lb short of my goal.&amp;nbsp; I was hoping that I would be over my goal but it did not happen.&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
I blogged the last couple of weeks that I had hit a plataeu, the scale was not moving but I was losing inches.Some times 1 inch some times 2 inches but not were in my waist or hips it was my thighs and biceps were I do not need to lose any more.&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
I have to remember that this is a slow process and any progress is good. Especially when I just have 6 pounds to go to meet my goal.&amp;nbsp; I think these last pounds which are all in my stomach are going to be the hardest to get&amp;nbsp; rid of.&#xD;
So my results are, and keep in mind I am 5'1" going to be 45 on Thanksgiving and I have a slow thyroid.&#xD;
With all that going against me.&amp;nbsp; I lost 14lbs and a total of 13 inches. For some reason this week my jeans are feeling loser that last week, which is a good feeling.&amp;nbsp; I have to keep that in mind and not trust the scale so much.&#xD;
My goal now is to lose the 6 lbs by&amp;nbsp;my birthday.&amp;nbsp; If I lose 1 lb per week I will be very happy.&amp;nbsp; And&amp;nbsp;I have decided that I want to tone up and build up some muscle.&amp;nbsp; In the past I would lose the weight&amp;nbsp; and was loose but I want to be firm and tone this time around.&amp;nbsp; I am eating &amp;nbsp;healthy and have so much energy and I want to look go too.&#xD;
Whether I meet my goal or not my reward will be to go to Robert's seminar in LA.&amp;nbsp; I live in LA but I am trying to have a girls day out and invite some family members to go and hear Robert 's inspirational words.&#xD;

      <title>Day 49 &amp; still at Plateau</title>

      <description>Well,&#xD;
i weigh myself this morning and still at 124. I jump around from 123 to 124 for four weeks now. I boosted I work out every morning to Robert's 12 min and I do the 24 or 36 in the evening. I can seem to move the scale.&#xD;
This is what I have on any normal day:&#xD;
Breakfast: Cereal w/ 2% milk&#xD;
snack: Tea Kashi cookie or apple cinnamon rice cakes&#xD;
Lunch:&amp;nbsp; Chinese Chicken Salad or Turkey sandwich with Kettle chips&#xD;
Snack: 100 Cal. ice cream or popcorn&#xD;
&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
Dinner:&amp;nbsp; Some sort of meat, 2 Tortillas and veggies&#xD;
&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
snack : 10 cal. jello or Peanut Butter with 1 pice of toast.&#xD;
I drink my 12 glasses of water with Crystal light or Ice tea mix.&#xD;
Yesterday, I was so frustrated I didnt want to exercise and I cheated at dinner time. Had two pieces of sandwich and pasta salad.&#xD;
This morning I listen to Robert&amp;nbsp; last cd on FLFL and motivated myslef not to give up.&amp;nbsp; I am hlaf way there and can go back to the way I was.&amp;nbsp; I do have the energy but the weight is not coming off.&#xD;
Any advise.&amp;nbsp; Has this plateaue&amp;nbsp; lasted this long for anybody else.&amp;nbsp; I now you are not suppose to compare. Your body reacts differenty. But any suggestion woould help.&#xD;

      <description>I just read a blog from a day ago, and to my suprise read that Milk is a protein in someones oatmeal.&#xD;
I went over the section in the 21 days and saw milk in the fast carb section.&#xD;
I have milk with my cereal and have been under the impression that I have been cheating by have two fast carbs.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;But how else can you have your cereal in the morning?&#xD;
I am almost at the end of the third week of FLFL and goes to show you that you learn something new and keep blogging, I love to read about all this information and understanding on this program.&#xD;

      <description>I want to thank you for helping see the light again.&amp;nbsp; I was feeling down because I had not lost any weight in two weeks and only a couple of inches.&#xD;
I want to think it was the blouting and weight gain from my monthly timing or something weird going on.&#xD;
I had to buy a new dress&amp;nbsp; today&amp;nbsp; for a wedding and went to the store and to my suprise dropped two dress sizes.&amp;nbsp; I am know fitting into a size six dress. It is weird because my pants dont feel that much loser.&amp;nbsp; I guess the inches are falling off from somewhere else.&#xD;
I thought about all the advise I got from you guys on my last blog and I am going to boost tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; Maybe the scale will move.&#xD;
I will keep doing&amp;nbsp; the plan as clockwork.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I will keep in mind that this is not a lose weight fast, this is a plan for life and it is slow but for sure thing.&#xD;

        <media:description>I want to thank you for helping see the light again.&amp;nbsp; I was feeling down because I had not lost any weight in two weeks and only a couple of inches.&#xD;
I want to think it was the blouting and weight gain from my monthly timing or something weird going on.&#xD;
I had to buy a new dress&amp;nbsp; today&amp;nbsp; for a wedding and went to the store and to my suprise dropped two dress sizes.&amp;nbsp; I am know fitting into a size six dress. It is weird because my pants dont feel that much loser.&amp;nbsp; I guess the inches are falling off from somewhere else.&#xD;
I thought about all the advise I got from you guys on my last blog and I am going to boost tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; Maybe the scale will move.&#xD;
I will keep doing&amp;nbsp; the plan as clockwork.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I will keep in mind that this is not a lose weight fast, this is a plan for life and it is slow but for sure thing.&#xD;
&amp;nbsp;&#xD;

Last week I changed my exercise routine around to trick my muscles and that didnt work.&#xD;
I started the boosing on Sunday and will boost again on Thursday.&amp;nbsp; I an starting to take fat burners.&#xD;
When I first ordered the program I did not want to order them because I wanted to find out if the plan worked on its own and it did but&amp;nbsp; now I am at a stand still and started to take them to boost the fat burning.&#xD;
Is anyone else taking the fat burners or doing then plan without them?&#xD;
I guess I need a little encourgement but still sticking with the fat loss meals and snacks.&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
I have the energy to go but just not losing the weight as fast.&amp;nbsp; I thought after the 21 days you would be able to lose at least 3 lbs per week.&#xD;
Any suggestions?&#xD;

I complete the 21 day and lost 4 lbs.&amp;nbsp; Then I did the detox and lost 7 lbs. I continued the Food lover for Life and continued what I was doing on the 21 day and did not lose any weight and gained a couple of inches on the waist.&#xD;
I am upset because I lost a whole week and didn't lose anything. I think the coffee is making my metabolism go slower.&amp;nbsp; I am going to try not to have coffee this week and see what happens.&#xD;
Since I finished the 21 dasy program I thought you can have any of the snack and not necessarily the ones marked 21 day snacks.&amp;nbsp; I was having the cake for snack.&amp;nbsp; I am giving that up too.&#xD;
Did this happen to anyone else?&amp;nbsp; Or did I do something wrong.&amp;nbsp; I ride my bike every monring and walk in the evening.&#xD;
&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
I am going to trick my body and do the 12 min video in the morning and the 24 min in the afternoon.&#xD;

So I did the detox after the 21 day program and Saturday was the last day of the detox.&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
On Sunday morning I got on the scale( which I bought on Sat. night as my reward for finishing the detox) and to my suprise I lost 7 lbs.&amp;nbsp; and 1 1/2 in;ches on the waist, hips, and thighs my problem areas.&#xD;
In total I have lost 11 lbs and half way to my goal.&#xD;
I am so happy with this program.&amp;nbsp; I have more energy then before,&amp;nbsp; I am getting alot done in the day and not feeling tried at the&amp;nbsp; end of the day like I used to.&#xD;

&amp;nbsp;I feel good about myself.&amp;nbsp; It was hot today and I wanted to were short.&amp;nbsp; I looked in my dresser and pulled out my size eight shorts that were put away for a long time.&amp;nbsp; I thought let me try these on, If they dont fit may I need a little to go.&amp;nbsp; I put them on and as I got them pass my hips and knew they would fit.&#xD;
My husband and I went shopping and I felt like a school girl on a date.&#xD;
I do not have a scale at home, so My husband and I went shopping and I felt like a school girl in kmy little short.I have to weigh myself at work, but I took my measurements and I lost 9 inches all together and 2 of them were on my heavy hips.&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
I LOVE THIS PROGRAM.&#xD;
&amp;nbsp;&#xD;
I am so exicited, I invited my sister over and made the lasagne dish for her and two hours later we both made the yummy chocolate cake. She really love it.&#xD;

She is starting the detox with me tomorrow.&#xD;

I am&amp;nbsp;depressed about it and had a white bread steak sandiwch and some baked lays for lunch today.&amp;nbsp; I was doing good of not having white bread for the past 16 days.&#xD;

I am&amp;nbsp;depressed about it and had a white bread steak sandiwch and some baked lays for lunch today.&amp;nbsp; I was doing good of not having white bread for the past 16 days.&#xD;
