A little bit about me ... I am 47, married and have 4 boys ranging from 23-14. I live in Pensacola, Florida and am a Network Administrator. I went back to school a few years ago to finish my bachelor's degree and am now 2 months from finishing a master's degree.
I have lost at least 20-30 lbs several times over the last 3 years. I have used Isagenix, Weight Watchers and South Beach. Ice cream has always been my greatest weakness, but so far I haven't really missed it. In the past I have lost weight quite a few times only to gain it back. This time of year (the fall) is always my best time of year to lose weight. Guess I can just focus better. However, once we get into the holidays and it starts getting darker earlier it usually kills my workouts (i like to walk/jog, but don't like to do it at night because people can't seem to keep their pitbulls properly secured). I had noticed the FLFLS a few years ago but didn't go for it at that time. What I like about the system so far is that my weight/health is not based on how much I work out so I am hoping that when it gets darker during the winter that I won't meet the same fate. Plus I love how the work out DVDs give you a good workout without killing you.
I will post and journal more as I go. Not hoping to be Mr. Olympia, just healthy.
