
Hi, I am 34 years old, 165lbs, used to be between 105 to 110lbs about 10 years ago (good all days).
I'm excite to start this new diet. I'll be doing it with my mom, will see how it goes since I have tried other diets in the past, Jenny Craigh (bland foods), 6 Wks Body Makeover ( it works but I did find it to strict ), South Beach Diet ( my belly was almost flat but I got tired of meats and then my cholesterol went up), the last 2 diets I lost weight but i put it back + more. And also did try diet pills and teas.
Last summer I was 177 lbs, and by doing the tread mill 1/2 hr. 3x week + reduced salt, sugar, oils and switching to a healthy eating, I'm down to 165 lbs. Losing a pound per month way too slow. Also I have noticed the eating out in a wkend I can gain up to 3lbs.
