If any of you have ever been on SouthBeach, you'll know the recipes for the Quiche Cups (I change the cheeses and veggies for variety) and the Bran Muffins. They are absolutely YUMMY and are so doable for the busy household. They are the perfect "Grab N Go" meal or snack.
Annie's Naturals makes a wonderful Baja Lime Marinade, and gives chicken a Zing. The Grilled Swordfish, just rub with olive oil, cracked pepper and kosher salt. The sauce is wonderful to perk up any steak fish. And, the ever delicious Rosemary/Lemon chicken....which we had for dinner tonight. I love these when I'm looking for something the consistency of fried chicken, only healthier. This is a wonderful, crispy alternative for us.

These are photos of me post second-round of detoxing. I noticed that while I show little loss over the past three months since my last round of the drop, my body has changed dramatically! Actually, I didn't get it until I realized that I've been working out quite a bit with hand weights. While I'm building muscle mass, I'm dropping inches, and that is why the small difference in pounds. In any event, I'm thrilled with the progress I'm making, and I'm right on track to be close to my goal of 180 pounds before my cruise in February.

I was so happy to fit into this skirt!! A friend of mine gave it to me a few weeks ago and it was tight across the tummy. This morning it slid on with no issues!! Since I'm not going to the gym, I thought lets dress up a bit instead of being in gym clothes all the time. Don't mind the hair, I'm getting it done this afternoon.

I don't know if all my photos will been seen together, but I will try. However, I am posting some pictures as of today, so as to compare with two months ago. I have not lost any more lbs, but I continue to lose inches. My body is going through some kind of transformation...lol I just don't know what it is!! lol Let me know if you can see any real difference difference. All my pants are sagging in all the wrong places.....lol But I am so happy because all my clothes were very tight fitted. I will post two frontal. Two sides, two backs before and after. I have only lost 10 lbs and a total of 18 inches in 2 months. The only good thing is I have not gained anything. It has been a struggle for me. I was just diagnosis with fibromyalgia 2 in half weeks ago, I never knew what was causing all my pain, yet every year since 2006 in the winter I would suffer and be off work incapcitated for months. If anyone else who has this and is aware of something that has brought them great relief, please share... email me! Again just like this wonderful program, knowlegde is the key.

Medium whole wheat Pita
2Tbs of sauce
1/4 cup Part Skim Mozz Cheese
1/2 cup Zucinni, onions, and Bell peppers * mushrooms Optional
1/2 cp Curry seasoned chicken
*** Pre Prep all your meast when you return from the Super market---cut season, marinate all in their own ziplock bags--makes it super easy to cook when your ready----------------------------------------------Dice into small bite sized Pieces, Season with Curry powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ms Dash chicken seasoning, use extra seasoning. Rub seasoning into chicken, and place into a zip lock bag, Place in Fridge overnight (apx 12 hours) then place in freezer until you need Chicken for one of you lunches or dinners. then you can easily stir fry for a little crispness and super quick cooking.
THIS IS AWESOME TO TRY WITH OTHER SEASONINGS Jamaican JERK STYLE IS AWESOME!!!! I made enough for my two other friends and they were amazed and loved the flavor and were suprised that health food was so tasty and good for you too.
Nature Path Organic Cinn/Maple Waffles delicious!!! I got if from a Sunrise a local healthfood store. With a slither of smart balance, with my organic Guave syrup. Trader Joes. Butterball Smoked Turkey Sausage....sodium is a little high i boiled them to release some of it. along with my favorite fruit..lol Just thought I would share... for encouragement. I will also include a few picts. of the items purchase.

Of all the people I have met in my life that have inspired me to help others, Robert is truly at the top of my list!
